Project Overview

Consultancy services for the design and supervision of Martyers Way Primary School Phase 1 located in Namugongo Sonde, Kampala, Uganda, for the Martyers Way Primary School. The project involved the preparation of detailed and production drawings, coordination with the client and consultants, obtaining approvals from local authorities, and supervision of the construction of a four-storey administration/classroom block and a dormitory block, including ICT installations and integrated solar and grid power solutions.

Scope of Work

Provide architectural and engineering design, preparation of working drawings and bid documents, coordination with the client and consultants, obtaining approvals from local authorities, and supervision of construction works for the administration/classroom block and dormitory facilities.

• Liaise and coordinate with the client and other consultants.
• Prepare architectural, civil, and structural design drawings and detailed production drawings.
• Produce working drawings and bid documents for the project.
• Obtain approval of drawings from local authorities.
• Supervise construction works for the four-storey administration/classroom block and dormitory block.
• Provide ICT installations for computer laboratories supporting international curriculum collaboration.
• Integrate cost-effective energy solutions including solar power and main grid power.
